I received several voice messages from a man named Mark Wilson. It was very difficult to understand what he was saying because of the thickness of his accent. The number he was calling from is 415-484-6151, San Francisco/North Bay Area. Upon calling back he stated there has been a lawsuit filed against me for a returned check and default of payment on a loan. He stated there will be a warrant issued for my arrest and that the local sheriff's department has been notified. I told him none of this makes sense as I have never had a loan with Cash Advance USA. He stated he can not state specifics but only the information he has already told me. I then got upset and again stated I do not understand what is going on and that this situation makes absolutely no sense to me. At that time he hung up. He has sense called back leaving the same message as before. I have not returned his phone calls.
