Sold me a reconditioned electric wheel chair. Said he (Chris Winn) would hold onto it until my husband got out of the hospital & got into a nursing home & he would deliver it there. (my husband had been either hospitalized or in skilled nursing since March 18.) It turned out my husband was hospitalized until August 2 at which time he was transferred to "end of life care" at Pikes Peak Care & Rehab and I knew he would never be able to use the electric wheel chair. I called and asked for my money back & Chris told me out of town 3 weeks. My husband passed away Aug 18 & still no money.
