So I requested service for my boiler experiencing problems. Eddie, the owner, told me that he would send someone out tomorrow. The next day I received a phone call 15 min before the service man arrived. The man inspected our boiler and figured out that 2 parts needed to be replaced. Eddie then spoke with us and told us the total price including labor and installation which over shot our budget by a lot. We told him we would call him back once we had the money. He then told us to pay the man for his hour but the price he requested was much too high. I asked him to negotiate seeing that the man didn't repair anything as of yet but only inspected. Eddie still would not lower the price. We then became annoyed and I asked him why he didn't tell me the pricing for all of this prior to sending the man out. Had I known I might have refused service from him or at least have enough money on hand for the service man. Eddie then began name calling and screaming and promptly hung up the phone. He even went so far as to threaten us with calling the police. Definitely not a professional. At the end we paid the service man $50 for coming over and inspecting and that was the end of it.
