Balancing my check book I noticed $389.00 withdrawl had no idea for what. Call the bank and found it was an authorized withdrawl.
Not remembering for what I call the 800 # the bank supplied me with. Call and finially got through after several attempts to a 3 Party Service, and was told I authorized a withdrawl of $389.00, asked if there was a reording of this transaction and was told there was and could I hold on for a second and they would look it up. After what felt like serveral minutes they came back and I listen to the tape. After listing to the tape, I still could not remember the transaction and the voice I didn't realy think it was me. I asked for a full refund, which they agree and told me it would take up to 21 days. I hope I will have it back in 21 days.. So check your check books carefully!
