Ordered the product Code Red 7 for a 2 week trial. Seems they count the trial from when they get you to say yes, not when you actually receive the product. The "Product" is a complete fraud. When I called to cancel I learned they had already charged me for a new shipment of $152.20. They claimed the product hadn't shipped & they would refund the charge. That was also a lie. I have called numerous times for a refund, they claim they are only authorized to refund 25%. When I strongly request to speak with a supervisor, they are either on another line, in another building or some other excuse. Also, refund claims take 30 days to process. Twice the time the bank allows to file a fraud claim. The product is a fraud, the company is run by crooks. They need to be shut down!
