Completely disgusted beyond words! Ordered 2 necklesses, and 4 pairs of shoes. I received one neckless in good shape but the second one most expensive one that i wanted to wear on my wedding day had broken jewels, missing jewels and some black substance on the earring studs. I send numerous pictures, and later got a response to send more clearer pictures hoping to get a refund or another set send out to me but have not heard back from Sherry-the Rep. After a week or so, i received 2 pairs of shoes, one in good condition. but the other was a WRONG PAIR, with no Imitation Pearls as indicated on the website. Again send out pictures via email [email protected] as well as through my outbox on there website, but to no avail. My third shipment still pending.. Got ANOTHER STICKY NOTE from UPS with more charges! hopefully my remaining two pairs are intact and wont be further disappointed than i already am. NOW WHY THE HECK DIDN'T THEY SHIP THE ENTIRE PACKAGES TOGETHER???? WOULDN'T MIND PAYING ONE SHIPMENT FEE THAN THREE TIMES WITH 2 DAYS INTERVALS... DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE??? Ive paid an arm and a leg over the intended fees. TO be precise thrice. I paid shipping from China, and for every shipment i receive from DHL or UPS, I've paid another 40 dollars over the entire lump sum... CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE.. so many hidden fees and Poor service with delivery of WRONG PRODUCTS. PEOPLE BEWARE, YOU'D RATHER SPEND A FORTUNE SEARCHING FOR A SIMILAR PRODUCT WHEREVER YOU ARE THAN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY..ITS A RIP OFF PLAIN PURE AND SIMPLE...

ACTION NEED BE PUT FORTH FOR SUCH COMPANIES who brag on benefiting from innocent willing customers, taking us for a ride and and deliver Zero! sheer INFRINGEMENT
