This is a Malaysian dating scam. This person poses as an engineer working with various oil companies. He contacted me and immediately wanted to e-mail me off site. He said he was born in the US and moved to Italy when his father died. His financee died in a car accident. He got this wonderful business opportunity and needs to get materials in China but couldn't get them shipped. He tried to scam me for several thousand dollars so he could get the license to get his work done. Stay away from this one!
