I placed an order for a complete DVD set of "American Dreams" on 1/14/2013 with this company. I received 3 emails, one purchase order, one a Memory Lane DVD Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation and one an account details with a login and password. The only selection for shipping was USPS which showed a 2-3 day delivery. I have not received the order and it has been more than the 2-3 day delivery that was shown. I have a login to the site and when I click on MY ACCOUNT, there is no information about any order. I have not received any other confirmation that the order has been shipped nor tracking number to check on the order's delivery.
