They charged my credit card after contract termination in june for $39 i called them about this and they said that they will refund me, next month they charge my credit card again instead of refunding. i called them againg and the same reply they gave me and as if they were doing me a great favour. i had to call many times the 365 people will tell me to contac their billing company and the billing company told me to contact 365. i disputed the credit card payment and after that they refunded me the money. now they sent me another invoice for 49 dollars saying that i have to pay the bank fee for disputing the charges. i called them many times about this but to no avail they insist on this. now they have sent the payment to collection agency who have called me that if i dont pay they will send the charges to rating agencies. i went to the gym personally as well to resolve this, wasting my time fuel and paying tolls but still nothing. they insist that i have to pay the bank fee. i have told them that i will pay there origional amount back which is $39, but not the bank fee but they insist on the whole amount which is not right. there policy is unfair as well as once you join them you cannot leave the gym without 60 days notice dosent matter you like them or not unless there is an emergency and you have to give a proof of emergency as well.
