I placed and order on line believing that I was apply to a work at home opportunity when I came across this link contactedu 365. It stayed that it would provide information on how you can work from home and there would be a fee of $47.00. I paid the fee only to realized it was a book and it was about starting your own business. I quickly realized I had been played for a fool and try contacting this company with no such luck. The payment I had made only delivered a control number and no direct company name. The only thing I had to work with was the a telephone number that was a customer support phone number to this company. Whom, I have for three months since the payment was made October 13, 2012; have refused to provide me the direct contact of the company whom; I placed the order with. They are listed as [email protected]. I have continued to call evey week and all I get is the run around since; October 14, 2012. They keep informing me, that they have sent a request to the central office and, are still waiting on a response. I am single mom trying to make some income and I feel I have been taken advantage of and, who knows how many others are out there. People like ContactEdu 365 should be put out of business. These are individuals who are taking advantage of people. I try contacting the attorney general, where I live. However, I was told to contact www.IC3.gov. My hope is that I will be refunded and others are not played by these individuals who enjoy taking advantage of people who are trying to make extra income and therefore; using the internet as a tool to continue making money build on scamming others.
