Look first of all why would you believe a voice mail that doesn't give you a name of a company or even a number?
second did they even give you a reason for the lawsuit?
and third you should have gone to the police after received that message -

- You will never get your money back. You kissed it goodbye when you showed you gullibility to this scam. No one ever gets their money back from scammers when they don't have a legal name.
