Called Josh on Nov. 11, 20012 saying the internet did not work.
December 27,I called Josh and left message for him to call internet was not working again and he did not call me back.
Jan. 7, I called Josh and talked to him and told him we were unhappy with his service and wish to cancel immediately (internet had not worked since Dec. 12.)
He said he would call Telenational (Jan. 14, 2013 or 1/15/13 and see if we could cancel our contract but he said the Company would not cancel the contract, but said he would credit us for the time the system was down. I told him I did not want to continue his service because they were not professional and I think there are two employees and they are not reliable with a professional crew. He has locked the computer so we cannot use our dial-up connection. A page comes up and says we need a password that goes with the Administrator but we do not know the password. I think that is the way of saying we cannot use the computer. All we want is to cancel our contract and go back to using the dial-up connection. I tried to bring Juno dial-up connection but it will not allow me to go to anything.
