I opened an account with this company thinking it was an actual credit card. 2 days later I received the card in the mail and found out it's only good for their online store and it is NOT a credit card. I CALL and cancel my services with them that day.
They had already taken their $29.95 activation fee out of my bank account... then three days after I canceled my services, they refunded my $29.95 back into my bank account.
But, then on the 18th, they attempted to withdraw ANOTHER $29.95 from my account, putting my account in the negative and also charging me $27 on top of the $29.95. I feel this was the horizon gold card company's responsibility to replace my money. But, they say it did not happen. Even though i have a bank statement that says it did.
I have been trying to send a fax of my bank statement to the fax number they gave me. So far, the fax machine on their end is either not on or nobody's picking it up to receive any fax.
