After signing up for a free trial sample of Lipo Slim and Natural Cleanse, the company charged my debit card 79.99 and 79.98 without my consent. I called the company and was told that I had agreed to this charge when I checked the box that I was 18 or older, but that they would reimburse me $40 because it was apparent I did not recognize terms of agreement.

I confirmed the website with the company and went back to check where this hidden term agreement was. Sure enough, the box where you click to agree that you at least 18 years of age has a hyper link with terms and conditions.

So while it is VERY misleading, I suppose they are within their rights. However, after reading their "terms and agreements" I find it incredibly interesting that they give a whole policy about the condition of returns and refunds. It is apparent that they are prepared to refund money.

They KNOW what they are doing is wrong-and they even have a clause for it.

I am so disappointed in this company and they should be ashamed.
