Ordered flowers for my aunt in the hospital and upgraded to the deluxe version of the arrangement that was shown. Visited her the next day and I could not believe what I had paid over $60 for. Looked like something you might find in a grocery store floral dept. for maybe $15. It was very small and the flowers were very ugly-not at all what I had ordered. I was embarrased that I had sent something like that. I emailed Florist Express and they offered a discount off my next order. I responded that was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund and referenced their 100% money back guarantee. They responded and sai they would credit my debit card. I did receive credit for half but have continued to get the runaround for the other half. They claimed it was issued but my bank said they only received one credit. My last email asking for the other half has been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I would have read all the negative reviews on several sight before I ordered from them.
