I purchased a pair of boots from them. First they came back and hit me up for $20 more dollars saying it was for customs. Then the boot arrived and they were the wrong size. Not only were they a size too large, they were a "wide" size, which I didn't order. I notified "Emily" and she did absolutely nothing for me. She told me to keep them and wear extra socks. I told her I tried that and she still wouldn't exchange them for the correct size or issue a refund. This company is terrible. The defraud their customers.
