A "technician" from inerd360 made an unsolicited phone call to my home. My child answered the phone and was told that there was a virus on his computer and asked if they could log in. My underage child gave permission for the technician to login and then gave control to them. They took control of the computer and downloaded software for their website.
I will find out what the damage is when I get home from work and investigate.
