My name is David LoCurto back in July I gave this company 495.00 to help me with my defaulted student loan to get my payments lowered and get rid of my wage garnishment. I finally got a hold of them after weeks of trying, they called me back but only when i used another phone and number. On my phone all i gt was a answering machine that you can not leave a message. When I got a hold of Michelle Jones my rep.I asked if any progress was made she gave me all kind of run arounds. When I asked for a full refund she said no because she said I did not give ample time to do their job. My last payment was 2 months ago and they have not even started any process because i was told that I did not sign this or fax them that which i did because she magically found what she needed, and tried to blame her processing dept. for not putting it in my file. All I would like is a full refund of 495.00.
