A search for a program to open a file led me to Speedy PC Pro which promoted a FREE DOWNLOAD to
speed up the performance of your computer. It analyzed over 2,000 problems. I paid with PayPal. I then called the company and asked for help with downloading the program. Brian the tech went into my computer who said the issues could only be fixed by a level 3 tech which would cost hundreds of dollars and they would have my computer for days. However, Speedy could fix them right now for $239. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the company and said I was duped. My computer did not perform any better. I immediately filed a complaint with PayPal.
Do not trust this company.
