This company contacted us by phone in 2009 stating we had a lising with their company and owed $689.99 for the listing. We had not heard of the Company and asked for an invoice to be sent to us to verify. We recieved faxed letter stating to pay $689.99 for first 6 months listing to be paid at the end of the term June 15, 2009 payable by check, money order or credit card. If our company did not notify LBG 30 days prior to the end of ter, we were subject to automatic renewal for 1 yr listing at the price of $1379.98 for any additonal years. If we wised to canel listing before the end of the term an Early Termination Fee of $549.19 would apply. We immediately contact them wanting to cancel listing and settle with no renewal. When they answered back they asked for payment of $689.99 plus $339.19 early termination fee. We sent checks for $689.99 plus $339.19. These checks cleared our bank. IN 2011 they contacted us again for payment of lisitng for $3110.76,which we stated the listing was canceled, date and by when. They keep calling and faxing invoices of different amounts stating we do not have letter of closure on account and the listing continues. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau with complaint the this company will not respond to them. The BBB suggested we contact you.
