I ordered 6 items in September, 2 of which were labeled as "Ready to Ship". Rebecca Villard demanded payment immediately. She never sent any items and repeatedly lied over and over claiming they had been sent. We've had 5 months of her either not responding to my emails, or lying in each. She’s claimed they "had been sent", then they were "going to be sent" (I thought you said they already were?), then they were "actually on their way this time". Nothing was ever sent, nothing was ever made. In November when she finally said she would just give a refund, we went through the whole deal again. Not responding, saying the refund was sent, came up with some random excuse, saying it would actually be sent this time. I’ve always been prompt to provide her with all the necessary information for her to fulfill her end of the transaction. She tries to guilt me with excuses of not having the money (then why did you say you were going to send me money?) or being overwhelmed and not being able to make the order. What she doesn’t understand is that’s not the customer’s problem. She had no problem taking my money immediately with no question, so there should be no problem in pressing a few buttons to transfer back my money through PayPal. She has also conveniently set up the transaction through PayPal so you cannot file a dispute. I’m absolutely fed up with her lying in her emails to me over and over, or refusing to send me my refund. She has committed theft as far as I’m concerned. She has straight up stolen money from me, and will not give it back.
All I want out of this is for my money back, which is rightfully mine. And hopefully shed some light at what business practices Rebecca Villard employs.
