THE ENCHANTMENT TIME SHARE VACATION PURCHASED DEC 3, 2008. The developer stopped construction and vacated the property leaving it abandoned.

I PURCHASED A TIME SHARE RESIDENCE CLUB MEMBERSHIP ON DEC 3, 2008 & GIVEN A CONTRACT # IEN0140. I PAID FOR THE MEMBERSHIP WITH CREDIT CARDS IN A TOTAL OF $12,900.00, AND A EXCHANGE OF A PACIFIC MONARCH GRAND TIME SHARE LISTED PRICE OF $22,000.00. THE PRINCIPAL SUM PAID IN TOTAL WAS $34,900.00
MY EXPECTATIONS:
I AM EXPECTING COMPLETE RESTITUTION TO BE MADE TO ME FOR THE TOTAL SUM. EITHER THE ENCHANTMENT NEEDS TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION GRANTING ACCESS TO MEMBERS OR THE DEVELOPER AND ALL OTHER RESPONSIBLE PARTIES INVOLVED NEED TO RETURN MY MONIES BACK TO ME IN FULL. THE GRAND TOTAL OF $34,900.00.

Re: Cabo San Lucas, I purchased a time share called the ENCHANTMENT by M Hotels IN “2008”.
On MAY 17, 2010 I visitited the then District Atty ROGER VALASQUEZ. I FLEW ALL THE WAY TO Cabo SanLucas with my son to report the incident. It cost me a lot of money in airfare and hotel costs. He took my statement & he thanked me for coming all the way to Cabo San Lucas to report the incident. He then told me he would locate M Hotels and insist that they make restitution on all of the money to be returned to me. On MAY 17, 2010, Mr. Valesquez promised to be in touch with me pending a meeting which he had arranged with the developer of THE ENCHANTMENT RESIDENCY CLUB. Today I am still waiting to hear a word from Mr. Valasquez. I have tried to reach him and my understanding is that he got promoted. No one has tried to reach me. As if no-one cares. This information is the paper trail of information which will help your Agency to locate the people, companies, and businesses responsible, & to see to it that need to pay me back all of my money right away.
Please respond and let me know the next course of action.
