- nov 2012,dec 2012 and now jan 2013 i have been charged but they are not sending the filters for my trio 51 ecigarette. I would like the refund as I have not received anything now for 3 months. they charged 99.95 +_ the 49.95 each month. In August '12 sent kit & filters in Aug Sept & Oct then nothing since then.
