Fast paced sales pitch for floating points to be used towards vacations anywhere in the world with RCI affiliates. Point package to small to be of any use until more points purchased. Continuous maintainance fees,additional fees to reserve a vacation spot, spots not available for amt. of points we own, additional fees to add more points to our total, additional fees to carry points over to the following year,Vacation spots choosen were not available.50 year scam.
