Ordered the 2 pack special which consisted of 2 full sets of color and black ink cartridges for a r200 printer in which I should also receive 2 additional black ink cartridges for a total of 4 black ink cartridges. Money taken from credit card on 12/31/12. Called, no answer. Now the website is disfunctional - not operational. I guess my next call will be to my credit card provider as I want my money back to shop elsewhere.
