I placed an order for HP G7-1365dx recovery kit on 01/14/2013 and HP charged me $15.67 on the same day.
Today 01/16/2013 there's another transaction with HP appeared on my bank account for no reason with the amount of $15.85. I tried to contact with HP both by chatting and calling but they keep saying that $15.67 is the only thing they charge me and blame it on my bank or my Master Card.

Update: 01/23/2013

PRoblem is solved by Bank. Complaint is no longer valid
