I was scammed too. The post office had the package for me yesterday. It was a mouse pad. Currently pursuing it with Paypal dispute resolution.

Same here-- but with Ben-Shoes, their alter-ego. I just spoke to Paypal about it, after having the original dispute (a "not received" claim) was contested at the last minute by the "seller," who sent them the tracking number. Interestingly, there was nothing in or on the package (a Hannah Montana bag) to indicate it had anything to do with my shoe order, and I think they may have hurt themselves there.
Anyhow, now the claim has been changed to "wrong item sent," and the Paypal rep said, "We'll get your money back!"
This kind of scam is apparently on the rise. Sadly, I'd thought, "This looks almost too good to be true" when I bought the Propet Travel Walkers in bright yellow for $16.99, with free shipping... and it WAS! -

- Judith, you have to open a dispute with Paypal. When you do that (online-- go to your account, find the transaction, click on it, and you'll see what to do from there), Paypal generates a case number and gives you a phone number. When you call it, they know what transaction you're calling about.

- Thanks, Maria. I did open a dispute and they closed it today - after I was unable to verify the seller received the package. I have tried to call but cannot reach a live person. It is worth trying again.
