I was suppose to receive a yorkie puppy via the above courier but the cost went from $200 (which was sent western union)to $450.00 I can not find the company on the web and the sam guy "Kevin" answers the phone all the time. He has a very heavy foreign accent. What I did find is info about puppy scams.

- I have also been scammed over this past weekend by the same 2 people. From the same phone numbers and e mail. I was suppose to revieve 2 English bulldog puppies and never recieved them . I sent $602 to this intercontinental express airline. If you find any solutions please call or text me at 5857708389 . These people need to be stopped.

- I filed a complaint with the attorney general in my state also. You might try that too!
