He came here to visit and due to things that came up in my life had to go back home. I loaned him the money for the plan ticket. He was to send me partial payment on 12/3 and the rest on 1/3. He did not said it was sent but never got it and then told me he put a trace on the money but since then has stopped all communication with me. He tells me he is a deacon in a church there but I have my doubts about that now. His cell phone number that I have is (Personal Information Removed). Also when he was here a friend of mine gave him free room and board.
