This company says I agreed to $29.90 per month for 30 months. I never spoke to anyone from this company until I started getting charges on my bank account. I called three times. The first time to cancel the order to find out that it was not cancelled. They tried to get an $89.00 cancellation fee out of me on the second call. The third time I called, I asked for the name and address of the company. At that point in the long conversation, the woman put me on hold and then came back and finally agreed to refund the money since I had not received anything. Before asking for the address, I was told they had already paid the publisher and could not refund the money. I will check my account daily to see if it is refunded in the 5 business days she said it would take. If not, I will take further action.
