payment is to be refunded as Hotel booking cancelled.Initially advised that there was a delay in refunding,later denial by The Hotel that any such deposit had been made.Yet a second deposit via same route and sent later was refunded..CIBC in canada confirms transference..Residency Hotel is stone waling with No Response.
