i purchase an african gray parrot from this man marcelino juarez of dover city new jersey on oct 23, 2012. to this date jan of 2013, i have not the rec'd the bird. he said he will ship by delta airways, we e-mail now for many weeks, all i got is a promised to ship the bird. i rec'd many e-mail from him about the bird. that i think is a lie. i contact western union , they will furnish the identity of this man only to the authority who will investigate a fraud, but will not give is to me. i look up his name thru the internet, there ia 3 marcelino juarez with 3 different adress on the record. i also have his phone number when he called me but no answer. he will answer the e-mail, but have not heard from him since dec. 2012, pls. help
