bought a sonicare electrical thooh brush , by the year and a half the product loose power not by the charge, it was fully charge . ok they change it . know another year pass by and the same problem and no replacement, they said that the product could have a 5-6 year of live, not even 3 year that i bought the product and spent so much money for something you think will last at least 5 years, so dissapointed , that how these companies are stilling our money from people who work so hard to try make our life a litlle easy. i hope my complain will be to the attencion of the people of consumer affair.
