Thurs, Jan 10,2013 We agreed to purchase a 2012 Honda Odyssey equipped with wheel chair loading capability. I deposited down payment $1000 charging it to my credit card. Only stipulation was they were to install a rear camera.I was to pick up van the next day (1/11/13) but couldnt make it. I thought about the transaction all day and night Sat. Jan 14 realizing the great mistake we were making. This would be a big hit on our financial stability. My wife and I came to our senses and decided to cancel the purchase. We had not taken possession of the car, in fact we never even drove it. We signed no title transfer Etc. except the agreement of purchase. We informed the dealer we would like to get out deposit back,of course allowing him compensation for his trouble. He refused any refund. We think this is unfair to the point of thievery. Please what are our rights here
