I should have smelled scam immediately. I used their free sample and immediately mailed back the unused, unopened kit on 12/3/12. All their requirements were complied with. I called someone named Andrew at the company today after I learned that $78.41 was withdrawn from my checking account. As expected I was told that they never received my letter or their package. Apparently Andrew has no last name because he wouldn't give it to me. The law is rather clear that if a letter is properly addressed and placed in the mail the presumption is that it was received. Also, if it was undeliverable it would have been returned to me by the Post Office. Ah, well...scammers have no conscience.
