I purchased a star for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary and still haven't recieved an e-mail saying they have shipped it. There website says 'ship within 24hrs'. Yeah right. Its been over a week and Ive tried contacting them but no response. There customer service sucks! I tried calling their number and the phone line is disconnected! Ridiculous. I want my money back!
