they didn't have what I reserved, so I ended up with a Van , they didn't call me when they did have a car, they gave it to some one else,when they finally did have one it was filthy inside and out.the seats were stained badly I tried to clean them so I could take my grankids, then I returned it 1 week early because of a death in the family in Fl. they owe me about 300. here we are 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my money....
