I was surfing and somehow ended up at their site. (I'm so mad I cannot remember what I was doing specifically!) Anyway, I was watching the auctions, all going at once, kind of like being hypnotized. Sign up for free membership or registration. I thought ok, maybe they have a laptop. So I click on sign up. I enter the info requested on first screen, and click continue, and go to the second screen. I fill it out and at the bottom, it asks for credit card info. I figure they would need that in case I was to get in on an auction and win, you know, to charge my win. I am too trusting and didn't really think much of it because I had not seen anything telling me to purchase, or to buy.

All of the sudden I notice a bunch of credits that were not there before. I realized that those credits were in my "free" account. I immediately get outta there and go check my bank. It only shows the balance of account as they had not gotten the details entered yet. I send bidrack an email telling them if they took money, they needed to put it back! The next day I check my account and sure enough, it was bidrack, and they got me for $99.

I send them another email. I go to the site and create a fictitious account and the sign up is different than it was just the day before. This time there is big print notifying you that you are purchasing bidrack credits, and even give an option of how many for what amount of money option. I guarantee this was not that way when I fell into it. I absolutely did not opt to purchse $99 worth of anything. This was all the money I had and I needed food and gasoline so I could go to work on Monday. I told them this.

I telephoned and was told that they had a no refund policy. I stated that I never agreed to purchase anything and wanted my money back. The lady told me to send an email and gave me the address. I did. They just kept blowing me off with "We are sorry but we cannot refund your money," but we "have given you xxx credits, that's a value of $80." And another similar with a value of $60 being added to my account. I told them I didn't want the credits, that I needed my money back to work and eat. They even sent me a refund form to fill out. Then they send it back and say our refund team does not find fraudulent activity so you cannot have your money back. Yea, I know who heads the refund team...

I did file with the BBB who forwarded my Complaint to BBB in Delaware. I am awaiting bidrack's response to my complaint and they next step.

They are BAD and to protect yourself, STAY AWAY! Oh, the stuff they have is not nearly what you are led to believe they have. I would not pay any kind of money, at least not intentionally!
