I ordered what was said to be a complete set of Bonanza DVDs It was said it would take 3-4 weeks do to free shipping. When I contacted customer services about it they said they had never received my order even tho we got an email saying the order was received and 130$ was taken out of our account. After looking into it I realized that there was an identical sight called DVD Gator that has the same complaints against it.
Update: 01/14/2013
I just received an email saying that i should receive it in a few days but I'm not holding out much hope because the more i look into this company the shadier it looks.

- I would like the DVDs They were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. If not I would be like to be refunded plus some for the trouble.
