I live in Indiana and so far same run around I have been trying to get refund since last may same waiting on lawyers to get files back but I called 1/11/13 and Anthony said they were gonna have meeting with the lawyers to get all of last year's refunds finished up or at least give u a partial refund till they finish your paperwork then get the rest back when paper are done he said they will call me by this wenesday so Jw if anyone else has got this same answer or excuse so let's hope and see

WE GOT THE SAME ANSWER OR EXCUSE BUT WE WHERE TOLD BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON THEY WOULD CALL US IF THEY DONT WE ARE TO CALL ANTHONY BACK
