I paid this company $2500.00 to help me get my mortgage down to a lower interest rate making it more affordable. They "guaranteed" that I would recieve a loan modification through my Bank (Bank of America) or they wiuld refund my money completely. I corresponded with a Teresa Mansfield frequently in the beginning. I tried to just get them to refund me my money before they even submitted anything but they refused stating that the only way that I would be refunded is if we went through the whole process and I was denied the modification. I tried to reach her today but the phone number will not go through so I tried to send her an email but that was undeliverable.
