On Sunday 01/13/13 an unauthorized charge of $1.00 was charged to my bank credit card. I was browsing the internet and tried to exit a site because of the fee charged. Even though I exited the site I was still charged a felonious charge of $1.00. bECAUSE OF THIS CARGE MY BANK CHARGED ME AN ADDDITIONAL SERVICE FEE OF $20.00. I am having a very difficuylt time trying to contact Google customer service. They have no phone service and no place just for Google unauthorized charges. Please have Google refund my $1.00 immediatly.Thank you Joan Lawler (Personal Information Removed)
