i called them off of a craigslist ad, the person on the other end told me i was going to be able to get into a lease to own home, that it would be easy and the 199 dollars was what i needed to pay to get into one of these homes. well its a SCAM
!!! do not get duped by these people they will say anything and lie though their teeth to make the sale.
i should also add that no one listed there homes with them they pull outdated information from public records any one could go look at at the county court house.
