An ad came up on my brand new computer for Fast Again PC Booster and thought I'd try it as a protective measure. I soon found out that in the process of their scanning my computer they said I had 169 errors and my computer was in serious jeoprody and they tried to sell me another service for $199.00. When I told the guy I was speaking to that this was a brand new computer and I'd only had it for a week and a half he insisted that these errors and problems were not my fault and that they could come from any of my friends that I interact with on Facebook. When I told him I wasn't spending anymore money and wanted the Fast Again PC Booster removed from my computer and a full refund he told me he couldn't do that, that I'd have to speak to a supervisor. When I told him I wanted to speak with a supervisor he said that it would take 2 to 3 minutes because there were only 3 working so I told him I'd hold. I was on hold for and hour before I hung up and decided to take it up with my credit card company. When I called my credit card company the number they gave me for Safe Card (the company that apparently handles all of the charges made by credit card) has a phone number that you can't even get through to. When you call it it says the call can't be completed. Right now I'm very frustrated and angry because I know I stupidly was duped. Fast Again PC Booster even advertises that they work with Microsoft. This is what made me feel safe in contacting them.
