As everyone has explained the same thing happened to me. I was online looking for direct payday loan lenders and when you would type in your information thinking that you were going to be approved for a loan it would take you to another site. I got frustrated and gave up looking for a loan. However, the next day I recieved a loan from this sham of a company. I was unaware of signing any esignature. Then they called and harrassed me on the phone saying I had only hours to pay back the loan and if I didn't a sheriff would be at my job to arrest me in hours. I panicked! Then I sat down and thought about it and realized they were trying to strong arm me into paying them more money that I didn't want! I called my lawyer and he assured me that you can't be arrested for this, its not a criminal charge. Also, when my lawyer called this company back to talk to their so called lawyer he was very aggresive and angry. We kept asking for him to email or fax whatever contract I had "signed" and he kept saying that he couldn't send it, that it was for the court to decide now-such a lie! I was scared and these individuals who sounded like they were all calling from some call center were rude and very hurtful. I want to sue them for emotional distress. Anyways, I closed my account with the bank and have yet to receive anymore calls from these idiots. I pray I won't either.
