my truck caught on fire while I was driving it & a wrecker towed it to Vickery Storage Lot #1 On Vickery Rd.which is owned by Citywide Collision Center .When I went to sign papers to get my personal belonging out of my truck , the only light in the room was light from the computors .They told me I had to write Citywide Collison then sign it . By me doing that it release them of responsiblities .When I left there they moved my truck up front & started detaching parts off my truck .When my insurance adjuster went out to see how much damage there was to it he called me & told me what all was missing off it & what was messed up on it.I told him that there was nothing wrong with my truck other then the fire up under the hood when it was taken there & left.Then when I went to find out why my truck was being detached an argument arose so I call for a police officer to come out there.He gave me a slip of paper w/his name and what happened then he gave Citywide one too. my Adjuster called Citywide to find out the bill on it. He was talked to very unprofessionaly ,hung up on .He called back to find out the bill on my truck was 2,300 dollars to move it.The conversation on their part was very rude & unprofessional.
