I was suppose to be purchasing a Savannah kittten in Ontario and it was suppose to be sent to me through a Pet relocation Service. I was told to send $55 to cover the cost of the plane ticket to get it here. I sent the money and they emailed me and said the kitten would arrive at around 8:15 this morning, Saturday January 12, 2013. When I woke up and checked my email, there was another email saying, Following the Canadian Pets Aviation Commission' Rules and Regulations on Pets Transportation and section 12 sub paragraph 2, "... the life of all animals being transported from or within Canada and USA must be fully Insured by an Insurance Co-operation against any eventuality. The Life Insurance fee you are supposed to pay for your Kitten is $ 1400 and He can travel through out her life time through Canadian States without any problems.

Due to a good number of complaints by clients of numerous shipping agencies about this Insurance Scheme, the Canadian and European Union's Animal Aviation Commission came out with a Partial Refundable Animal Life Insurance Scheme, which provides for

You could use our Partial Insurance Scheme to Insure your Kitten's Life for half the cost of the full Insurance fee, but this money will be refunded to you once your Kitten is delivered to you at your home, and you will have to pay an extra $20 for our services.
This means you will have to pay the sum of 700 $ which is half the initial Insurance fee for your Savannah Kitten and 20 $ for our services, which gives you a total of $720. I emailed them back and said I didnt have that kind of money and I thought it was a scam, and now they have made no effort to repond. The money was sent to this person,
