I returned a pair of defective boots which were outside of the warranty period. There was a hole in the toe which was not caused by normal wear and tear, but instead a defect in the material. The boots were worn during the winter months only, so although they were purchased over a year ago, they were not worn on a daily basis, and should have held up better. The company returned the boots and said they were outside of the warranty period. SUCH POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I have had cheaper boots hold up better than these! I am very disappointed with Uggs!!
