I applied for a online payday loan and I checked my online bank statement and saw a pmtprotect ACH debit transaction for $30. I contacted my Bank and they gave me some info. I called & they claimed they didn't know what CO this was w/out a checking acct#. I called the 1-800 number and demanded my refund and was given some type of #. The bank couldn't find the info to put a dispute in, it had been taken off the bank data so the bank said they were probably working on my refund. The CO said it would take 7-20 days to put the money back. The bank told me to give it a couple days & check again.
