I used this laundromat several times and always make the same complaint and hoping things will change because the location is very convenient to where I live. The washers I used let very little water in and skipped the rinse cycle to save water and I sat there and watched the whole cycle. When I complained about it the attendant on duty told me there was nothing wrong with the machines and my clothes were barely wet and felt soapy. The dryers heat is turned down very low and it takes a long time to dry your clothes which makes you use more money. Every time I go there people are complaining but nothing has changed. I am not squawking over 10.00 but for this company to do what is right for their customers.
